Taylor Steel's two inspection lines allow full top and bottom side inspection and re-oiling that meets or exceeds all automotive exposed standards.
Our two sided coil to coil automotive exposed inspection lines were custom designed and built to service the needs of the demanding automotive industry. These lines inspect both sides of exposed automotive product with a thickness range of .010" to .060". Theses lines feature:
- Side trim capability
- Spot welders to weld the already processed trail to the new lead to create a continuous operation
- Electrostatic oilers which can reapply oil to meet any customer's specified combination of type and coverage
