Opportunity

  • Human Resources – Recruitment & Retention Administrator
  • Current Vacancy, Full-Time, Permanent
  • Potential Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans in conjunction with management.
  • Coordinate employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding as required by management.
  • Facilitate and participate in all interviews; assist in hiring recommendations.
  • Perform performance evaluations on all probationary employees in conjunction with supervisors and facilitate performance management plans/follow-up if necessary.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all applicable legislation.
  • Facilitate and promote effective relationships with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or other appropriate field preferred
  • Minimum 3-year experience in the HR/Recruitment field
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allows one to work effectively with managers, potential candidates, employees etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good training, coaching, and active listening skills
    organized self-starter and works well with little supervision and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in computerized environment, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now
